6. Certificate of Analysis and analytical data

Every NexGen Research compound ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) produced from independent analytical testing, confirming identity by LC-MS, purity by HPLC, physical appearance, water content by Karl Fischer titration, endotoxin levels by LAL method, and absence of residual solvents by GC.

The COA relates to the specific batch tested at the time of manufacture. Analytical results are batch-specific and may vary between production lots. The COA is provided for research record-keeping and verification purposes only. NexGen Research makes no warranty as to the suitability of any compound for any specific research application or as to the outcomes of any research conducted using our compounds.

7. Safe handling

Research-grade peptides and compounds must be handled with appropriate care in a properly equipped laboratory environment. NexGen Research recommends the following as a minimum:

  • Personal protective equipment: Appropriate PPE including laboratory coat, gloves, and eye protection should be worn when handling research compounds.
  • Ventilation: Handle compounds in a well-ventilated environment or under a fume hood where appropriate.
  • Storage: Lyophilised peptides should be stored at -20°C in sealed vials until required. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 2 to 8°C and used within the timeframe specified on the product page.
  • Reconstitution: Follow the reconstitution protocol on the product page precisely. Use appropriate solvents. Do not shake vials vigorously.
